In Ternopil will be a new boiler houses working on peat briquettes

0

According to the city head, Sergey Nadal before the end of the production year in Ternopil will show seven boilers designed to heat a public institution. To operate the new boiler will be due to the peat litter (pellets). The financial side of the project provided some investor. In addition to the boiler was putting into operation a plant for the manufacture of peat briquettes, informs the Ternopil city Council.

The inhabitants of our country already pretty close familiar with the fuel briquettes from straw, sawdust and sunflower husk. This type of fuel is promote in Ukraine and extends the scope of applicability. Peat fuel in the form of briquettes began to be use in our state quite recently.

Fuel briquettes from peat during combustion emit much more heat compared to usual wood.

vffffObtaining raw materials for the production of solid fuel is the process of gathering the upper layers of soil rich in peat using special equipment. Obtained in the way of peat is thoroughly dried, crushed and sieved in a production environment.

Pressing technique makes the prepared raw material into briquette fixed size and configuration.

The fuel of peat, much more favorable than coal. Moreover, factories on manufacture of fuel briquettes should place close to deposits of combustible material, which significantly reduces costs.

Ternopil has a rather large field, with more than 90 hectares. The Shumsky torfovye field creates a strong base for the development of alternative energy in the region. Deposits of combustible materials have attracted attention after several significant fires in place of peat.

Ukrainian investors are interested in the field and the prospects it represents. Peat deposits are quite large, so consider the option of construction of thermal power plants in the Ternopil region. While this idea is, embody in a specific project, but the preconditions for the emergence of TPP exist.

Now Ternopil can count on commissioning of seven boiler houses working on peat briquettes. rgggg

According to the mayor, according to preliminary estimates due to the boiler can reduce heating costs by about 18-20 million hryvnia (more than 7 thousand cubic meters of gas). Experience with the use of this type of boilers in Ternopol there. The third city hospital in the past heating season due to the alternative fuel has reduced the cost by almost a third.

Higher prices for electricity and gas is pushing the active search for alternative sources. Exploitation of peat boilers in Ternopil will help significant reduce the consumption of Russian gas. The head of the city Council of Ternopil Sergey Nadal focuses on the fact that this practice will become more pertinent than ever in the next year, when financial support for the hospitals and schools go into the jurisdiction of the city Council and budget accordingly.

Currently 3 boilers operating with peat briquettes, already mounted and ready to get to work. The other four until being completed.

Kirovohrad oblast utilization of organic matter begins with a benefit for the country’s energy

Biogas production is significantly gaining momentum in the plane of alternative energy. The process of transformation of organic matter in biological fuel occurs due to the activity of methane microorganisms (bacteria).

uThe use of biological gas is quite broad. Its use is appropriate in terms of both households and industrial purposes.

Biogas is an excellent alternative to traditional fuel. Installation for production of biological fuel having a volume less than ten cubic meters, can fully replace the use of propane for cooking food for a family of five or six adults. It is worth to note that this unit operates on organic waste, obtained by products of pigs.

In Kirovohrad region in the near future, there will be a plant for the production of biological gas. The project development and construction itself will deal with the Ukrainian company Agrospetsservis. Representatives of the developer said that the new plant would be fully ready to start production in 2018. The plant will be located in the village of Kapitanivka (Novomirgorod district).

To create such project developers have pushed the problem of waste disposal local sugar factory. Director of Agroholding Sergey Tarasov emphasized that the construction of the plant will help efficiently solve several problems in the region. First, it will allow us not to invest excess cash in disposal of wastes from sugar beet processing. Secondly, the production of biogas will reduce the cost of purchasing the usual propane in the region, replacing it with biofuels. Third, the construction of this kind of plant will allow you to avoid the harmful effects from the process of recycling organic matter.

An important advantage of this production is that waste materials in the form of organic matter can be   effective fertilizer. Recycled products can become the basis for the manufacture of vermicompost, special mixtures for mushrooms growing in scale household.%d0%b1%d0%b5%d0%b7%d1%8b%d0%bc%d1%8f%d0%bd%d0%bd%d1%8b%d0%b9

The total cost of the project amounted to about 15 million euros. Construction is planes to produce according to European standards and using the latest technologies of alternative energy. Because of implementation of the project, more than 50 employees will get the job.

For Ukraine, this kind of innovative enterprises could be strategically important objects, because the problem of environmentally safe disposal of organic waste is quite acute in many regions.

Indicators of DNA for studies of geothermal wells

0

Production of electricity from the earth’s interior has become one of the priority directions of alternative energy. The advantages of this method of energy production cannot be overstated. First, the potential of natural geothermal sources are inexhaustible. Second, the amount of energy produced is not dependent on weather conditions and she is available 24/7. Thirdly, in terms of the already wide use of instead of searching for existing sources of heat, mankind with his own hands creates them by drilling rocks.

%d0%b4Technical devices and power installation given the opportunity to artificially close to the earth’s heat. The only problem, greatly hindering the process and making it financially costly, is the search for the drilling of rock. Engineers-geologists conducting some serious research before to determine the most suitable point for installation of the well. Besides, such calculations are not always “hit the target”.

In the usual of a geothermal energy system, geologists have to create two types of wells. To create a well of the first type, the engineers drilled a layer of rocks at 4-6 km and is pumped into the hole cold water. From difference of temperatures deep in the earth, there is a gap of molten rock, and appear natural tunnels to advance waters further. Drilling holes of the second type, referred to as wells for technological purposes, in contact with such tunnels, push out hot from the heat of the rocks the water to the surface. Giving steam, hot water drives the turbines and generates electricity. For the increase of electricity generated, scientists must determine the most efficient placement of wells on the surface of the earth. Productive technology is the one well which is located at the intersection of large and deep tunnels that allow water to move without obstacles.

Unfortunately, does not yet exist in the scientific world accurate geological devices that would be able to specify the location of the tunnels (fracking) and their length. To obtain these data is possible by tracking the movement of water flow within the earth. Geologists use in the research process, specific indicators that have a fluorescent color that is present in the number of radioactive chemical elements. In this case, all obtained by this method, the data is quite ambiguous and confused, so scientists have been puzzled by finding alternative methods of research.

According to engineer geothermal systems Roland horn, similar difficulties in determining the movement of water and the size of tunnels can be avoided through the use of DNA. Based on the developments of the scientific workers, who are attempting to change the long code of DNA, a group of researchers of the horn used in their experiments, short artificial particles of deoxyribonucleic acid. DNA has a unique pattern with a lot of curls at the base, placed on the surface of miniature world. Ball, in turn, is made of silicon dioxide. By placing DNA in a silicon shell, command Roland horn, thus has provided a protective shell. A unique code that carries DNA gives scientists a great volume of necessary information. This innovative invention at this stage is laboratory testing. Silicon balls endured more than six hours at a temperature of 300 Celsius.

At this stage, actively work to improve the protection of DNA in high temperatures of the earth’s interior. In the scientific world started the race to create the most resistant to aggressive environment, temperature indicator.%d0%b3

The positive results of these developments will greatly simplify the procedure of installing geothermal power plants anywhere. A huge plus will be that investors will have confidence in reasonable investment in alternative energy, because the new wells will be as productive as possible.

Ukraine and innovations of the industry or familiarity with the Tesla Model X.

0

The brand of Tesla has been a pioneer in the use of electricity as fuel for “iron” horses. If a dozen years ago, the use of such exotic plants in the head did not fit and looked more like stills from a science fiction movie at the moment is an integral part of our reality.

Well, as they say, demand creates supply. On the outskirts of the capital and then began to appear special charging stations for electric cars, as the Ukrainians, have a lot of income were able to afford this miracle automotive industry the new generation. Tesla electric cars are rapidly gaining popularity and are recognized throughout the civilized world. They have a number of advantages: first, they are very economical in terms of maintenance once a year to pass preventive inspection); secondly, they are absolutely silent in operation and quite fast; thirdly, they do not cause absolutely no harm to the environment. Save on “fuel” owners of electric vehicles can charge them at night, because electricity is much cheaper after 24.00.

In many countries, the electric car is no surprise. In Finland, for example, owners of such vehicles are provided by public benefits, which compensates part of the cost of electricity ( 12 thousand euros per year). This simplifies the process of sustainability of electric cars compared to cars running on diesel fuel.%d1%82%d1%82%d0%b8%d0%b2%d0%b8%d0%bf%d1%82%d1%81

The latest novelty in the world of electric vehicles was the Tesla Model X 90D. He was released from the plant “Tesla motors” in the Netherlands (Tilburg). In contrast to the single-phase model American sample, this model has a three phase charging system . First Tesla Model X saw the world in the past year. There are different model versions of the electric vehicle. The fastest and most powerful of them (Model X P100D) in just a few seconds gaining speed of about hundreds of kilometers per hour, while having a powerful electric motor ( about 100kW).

In mid-September 2016 the famous electric car Tesla Model X arrived in Ukraine to a new owner. At the moment it is too early to speak about the widespread popularity of this form of transport in our country, but the first confident steps in this direction have already been made.

The appearance in Ukraine of this news significantly raises the prestige of the country and demonstrates its readiness for the introduction of the latest developments of the global automotive industry.

At first, the use of any innovative technical devices has a number of problems in operation. For example. At the moment the owners of electric cars in Ukraine face difficulties in finding companies that provide maintenance such specific vehicles. You can also highlight here the lack of a sufficient number of charging stations.

Such problems will disappear as soon as the number of electric cars in Ukraine will increase considerably and, consequently, the creation of such conditions will be justified from an economic point of view.

Biofuels are “fourth generation” – a way to minimize the cost of the production process.

0

Since it came into use products of the oil industry, human minds never left the question of how to extend the possessions of the fossil resource. For many years the struggle continued for “a place under the sun.”

After the publication of a number of alternative energy inventions and their implementation in real life, there is a new field for competition for resources, only now renewable.

One of the most promising and environmentally friendly methods of producing electricity is the use of biofuels as a raw material. A well-known fact that for the production of biofuels, scientists use various kinds of live microorganisms that are in the process of life to form new compounds (molecules) through the conversion of carbon into carbon dioxide. The scientific community quickly stepped forward, set a goal to develop and implement the technology of recycling carbon dioxide into biofuel feedstocks. This innovation will significantly reduce the costs in developing environmentally friendly electricity generation and ensure a complete independence from diminishing every year reserves of “black gold”.

It is worth noting the effectiveness of this method of creating biofuel as an electric biosynthesis. It is the ability electrotrafic organisms produce organic molecules from H2O and oxygen, using electric current and absorbing CO2.

At this stage, the industry is working with the usual methods of production of biofuel feedstock from crops. The main problem in this plane is the processing of very large volumes of slightly less than 100 million tons each year.

The stumbling block in the development of biofuels through the use of agricultural crops is the fact that these cultures are suitable for consumption as food products. On this basis, the scientists emerged with a new goal – to reduce the use of high value crops. It is important to leave the data of the biofuels unchanged. Research in this matter given the result in the form of biofuels, “second generation”. Innovative technologies allow to obtain the necessary resources from plant materials that are not suitable for consumption. Those materials which were previously disposed of recklessly, now acquired significance. Of the most used allocate sawdust produced during wood, straw, etc. Recycling this type of material can vary in several techniques: preparation of catalysts, carbon dioxide or ethyl alcohol. The carbon catalysts can be used intact in the automotive or aviation industry as fuel. Received the same ethanol can act as an effective additive to fuel.

The latest achievement in the production of biofuels is biofuels “4th generation”. In the formulation of the raw material used special live microorganisms, the photosynthetic cells are able to produce biofuel raw materials for some time ( more precisely – a few cycles of photosynthesis). To ensure the viability of the microorganisms will use the carbon dioxide.

Such developments in the field of alternative energy will reduce to a minimum the consumption of organic resources of nature and push humanity to new productive branches of energy-efficient development.
