Aleksey Korchmit also noted that the lack of savings for some reason is a defect of the ESCO company and its concern.

In the event that the savings are greater than planned, the residents can jointly make the monthly contribution more impressive in order to shorten the payment period.

When the term of the energy service agreement expires, all equipment is transfer to the collective ownership of residents of the high-rise building. It is worth noting that the maintenance of equipment from that moment also becomes a duty of residents.

A pilot project for the implementation of the energy service in our country will be implement with the support of the residents themselves, representatives of the authorities and business.

The scientist noted that solar power plants in the autumn-winter and early spring are operating at reduced power due to the occurrence of partial eclipses. The experiments carried out, concerning the productivity of the invention, showed excellent results. Innovative device Kuznetsova can increase the production of electricity per day by almost 65 percent.

It should be note that to implement the device would require material investment, which does not exceed two percent of the total cost of SES. According to expert estimates, such an innovation in energy production will pay off in a total of 2-3 years. The timing may vary depending on the characteristics of the solar power plant and the duration of its operation in general.

The head of OOO “Regional Energy Service Company” notes that specialists in the field of alternative energy have already developed six steps that can significantly improve energy efficiency.

It should be note that the two-zone counter allows you to save up to 30 percent of funds at night, and three-zone counter – up to 60 percent.

Ecodom was created by a resident of Prykarpattya Pochigailo Oleg. Novator took as a basis the ancient construction technology, according to which our ancestors built whole settlements. The man has slightly improved the process of construction, thereby creating his unique technology, which has no analogues either in Ukraine or in the world.

Oleg Pochigailo notes that the ecohouse includes the following rooms: a living room, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, a sauna, a library, a kitchen, a bathroom and an anteroom.

For a family of five, the space will be enough to feel comfortable. The innovative house has two floors. The area suitable for living is 120 square meters.

The technology behind the construction of housing, called Earthbag. Mr. Pochigailo said that the process of erecting his house has been going on for three years already. Active work is carried out in summer. To build a man did not attract builders. All work is done independently or with the assistance of relatives and friends of the family. The function of the foundation in this house is small stones. In addition, such a “floor” is a good drainage and removes excess moisture from the premises. Innovator argues that the traditional foundation in this building is not needed. Freezing and subsidence of the land for the house is not at all a problem. It should be added that the ecohouse is also seismically hardy. Such properties are due to the fact that clay is a sufficiently plastic material, which, when the shape changes, does not give cracks and deformations.

Our country has a very favorable climate for the implementation of solar projects. Both sides get consultations on optimizing costs and rationally setting up the production of green energy.

German expert insists that it is extremely important for the investor – it is reasonable to choose a site for the construction of a new solar power plant. Now the southern regions of Ukraine are the most popular for the construction of solar power. In a decade, the territory will be overloaded with stations and they will not be able to show maximum performance. The specialist notes that in this case it will be necessary to close some of them. The optimal solution in this situation will be the erection of capacities in the central or western regions of Ukraine. Generation of electricity will be lower than in the south, but profits will be guaranteed.

In addition, Christian Shenvizner noted that renewable energy can translate the generation of energy in our country to a more democratic path.

Partners from China intend to build a biofuel thermal power plant in Zhytomyr region

Recently, on the pages of the Governmental portal, there was information that currently negotiations are under way between the Ukrainian and Chinese parties on the construction of a new bio-TES.

The Chinese company Xi’an ShaanGu Power Co., Ltd. announced its intention to implement a project for a heat power plant operating on a chip.

From the Ukrainian side Gosenergoeffectiveness acts as a representative. It is also planned to attract Czech company and domestic representatives of Ukrenergy Coal Ltd and Creative-Pellet Ltd. to this project.

It is known that the future station will be located in the city of Olevsk, Zhytomyr region. According to preliminary data, the power of the facility will be 6.7 megawatts.

During the talks, the Ukrainian side paid special attention to explaining to Chinese investors the peculiarities of stimulating the development of alternative energy in our country. Also examples of projects that were successfully implemented earlier on the territory of Ukraine were presented as examples.

Yuriy Shafarenko, the representative of the State Energy Efficiency Department, noted that our country now needs a lot of investment support from foreign companies.

Mr. Shafarenko drew attention to the fact that by 2020 the share of energy received from renewable sources should be 11 percent. According to preliminary estimates, in order to reach the planned volumes of electricity production, it is necessary to raise about 12000000 euros.

It should be noted that in this period our state is trying in every way to create favorable conditions for investors to be interested. Two years ago the Verkhovna Rada approved a bill that greatly improved and optimized the “green” tariff (it was tied to the euro rate by 2030). To date, the “green” tariff for energy from biological mass or gas has increased by 10 percent. Experts note that such indicator is one of the highest in Europe.

In addition, in the spring of this year, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a bill designed to stimulate the extraction of heat from renewable sources. This Law allows investors to predict financial costs for a project.

The large sessional hall of the ancient town hall in the city of the lion became the most energetic object, bringing together the country’s initiative youth. The event was held on the night of the 10th for the 11th day of June. The night marked the start of the project for active young citizens called “Ukrenergo Laboratories”. This project has already received a popular name – “generator of ideas” in the field of energy. The initiative group of the SE “NEC Ukrenergo” informs that it is not an accident that the event is held in these numbers. The organizers timed “The Night of Energy” to the date of introduction of the visa-free regime for our country, thereby emphasizing that the Ukrainian youth had the opportunity to expand and open new borders In addition, the organizers focused on the fact that the initiative youth representatives have a real prospect for career growth in their native country.

More than two hundred young people from the Dnieper, Chernivtsi, Kharkov, Lviv and the capital became participants of the “Energy Night”.

Young people represented various spheres of educational activity: economics and management, television communications and IT technologies, energy, environmental protection and ecology, law and jurisprudence, PR and public relations and international relations.

The organizers originally approached the issues of the organization of the event. Young people who arrived in Lviv to visit the “Night of Energy” met electric cars. Tesla’s electric cars, known all over the world, have especially excited the youth.

The principle of the invention is quite simple. Thanks to solar modules that make up the shutters, solar energy is converted into heat and electricity. Install the latest devices in the middle of the room, and the back of the box. Location on the outside can achieve 150 watts of power per 1 sq.m. If the blinds installed directly in the room, the capacity will be about 100 watts.
