The developer of a new 3DDD printer from Odessa to print parts for electric company Tеslа

0

Odessa entrepreneurs have given a new startup, the idea of which is as follows: the first of its kind ultra-precise 3D printer will print any complex finished products made of ceramics and other materials of its own production. A startup called Kwаmbiо appeared in 2014 and immediately won the forum IDСЕЕ-2014 with a premium for 15 thousand euros. Two years later, the leaders of the startup opened a new European factory of 3D printing products from ceramic powder. In the last quarter of 2017 Kwаmbiо demonstrated a new kind of ultra-precise 3D printer, Segama Operator whose functionality includes printing technical models, kitchenware, garden items-home decor and even samples of bone for implantation. On the wave of success, venture capital funds invested in startups are still $ 500,000. Kwаmbiо presented their achievements in the electrical engineering forum consumer CES in Las Vegas, which aroused interest among industrial companies from around the world, including in such large car manufacturers as Gеnеrаl Еlесtriс and Tеslа, according to the publication “Facts”.

As reported by the 34-year-old startup founder Vladimir Usov: “the First time he saw the work of 3D printer, I was amazed. Imagination began to paint pictures of the modernization of many models in different economic niches that will get a boost thanks to new technology. In the first place will be a huge impact on design, industrial and aerospace sector.”

First startup idea was to build an online platform where designers can post their product, and users were able to download these models, and print on their own 3D printers. The founders sent this idea in “accelerator” TеkStаrt in Boston, where usually gather cutting-edge global tech projects. Kwаmbiо successfully passed the selection and got on a specially designed test program, the results of which a draft was sent to New York, where now is located the main office of the company. Work with customers and marketing activities are conduct from the main office. Despite the huge success, to self-manufacture products startup has come with time. The reason for this was the lack of opportunities for speedy and efficient 3D printing of parts made of ceramics. This was the reason to start developing their own new technology.

“First we built a factory in Odessa, then in 1.5 years produced debut 3D printer of their own technique and set of materials. Every detail of the prints created by us environmental powder mixture, which is based on clay. Now there are about a hundred colors. Over time, the terms of the print was reduce to two to three hours, and the price is fifteen cents per centimeter squared to eight. The work is conduct with legal and with physical persons. The customer brings his sketches, and we model and create the finished project on the computer and do the printing. With certainty I can report that in the field of 3D printing of ceramic products we are the first and only one who has developed the highly effective technology.”

The factory is building in the industrial area of the plant “Stalkanat” is one of the first industrial enterprises of Odessa, working from the XIX century. Now it has thirty employees. On improving, the technology of 3D printing employs seven technicians.

At the last forum consumer, electrical CES in Las Vegas was present a 3D printer, Segama Operators. In the first week after that, there were 4 pre-order for this technology. New printer’s customers receive 4 months for the price of 25 thousand dollars.

“We found intermediaries in the United States, Canada, Germany, Italy and even Chile. Sent preliminary requests for collaboration from industrial giants and military complex of the United States of America. First, companies are interested in 3D printing of molds for the smelting of metal products. Now negotiations are underway with companies Gеnеrаl Еlесtriс and Теslа on 3D printing automotive parts from ceramics. In addition, European and American design Studio, the purpose of which is a small factory for 3D printing, restricted versions of their pottery, express interest. Nowadays to get a party of fifty or a hundred of ceramics, when you use the usual casting and Chinese technology, is almost impossible. Ukrainian production base is very small. I can safely say that we have developed the technology of 3D printing of ceramics will serve as a major industrial companies and new startups who can now not look for this technology abroad with all the attendant risks.”

3D printer, Segama Operator also has the ability to print bone implants, but products of this type are specially developed in cooperation with laboratories from Europe biological powders. To launch such production is necessary to obtain a large number of permits, certification of raw materials and production technology. It is plan that the company Kwаmbiо will make the bone importantly in the next two years.

No landfills in the Kherson region has built a solar power capacity of 7.68 MW, plans two more

0

In Berislav, Kherson region for the first time built a solar power station with a capacity of 7.68 MW, with the name “Taganskaya-2”.

According to the “Tauride news”, solar power plant, which is now working on the dumps on the North-East of Berislav, built by the Association of companies “Rentehno”. She was commissioned in the 20’s of January.

As stated by one of the founders of the industrial Association of companies “Rentehno” Dmytro Lukomsky: “New power plant “Taganskaya-2″ consists of 30382 photon electric elements Q. POWER G5-270 Wp each of which has a capacity of 0.27 kW”.

According to the specialist: “the Plant is designed with stringbag inverters and polycrystalline silicon elements. The inverter is assembled into complexes that are connected to special transformers, combined substations 0,4/10 kV. All the equipment produced by Ukrainian and foreign experts.”

Solar power plant “Taganskaya-2” will produce approximately 10942 MW-h of energy per year.

The General Director of industrial Association of companies “Rentehno” Eugene LACNIC noted that this SPP – the first such project with a full amount of work done. “Alternative energy is an advanced field of activity, especially if to take to attention an by 2030 “green” tariff. The terms full cost recovery of the plant should be about five years,” added the CEO.

A six-month construction of the power plant cost about $ 9 million dollars. During this time, about hundreds of borislavtsi and residents of nearby settlements were provided with jobs.

Mayor Alexander Shapovalov said: “Berislav finally got rid of the huge dumps and plus, every year the city budget will receive 600 thousand UAH of a payment for earth rent. This is 10% of income, and they will have a huge impact on the future financial independence of the region. There are hopes that investors will make an effort to implement social projects.”

This project is an example for many Ukrainian cities and villages. Repeatedly, the network appeared information about the construction of any useful for the country of production at the site of the former dump. Be it solar power or a trout farm, the prospect of turning landfills on the territory of Ukraine in production on a national scale is growing every year and promises our country a bright future.

The Tesla’s innovative energy storage facility provided income of $ 800,000 over the course of several days

0

At the beginning of December last year, the largest energy storage facility in the entire globe was commissioned in Australia. This innovative building was erected in a hundred days thanks to the efforts of the head of the company Tesla. Ilon Mask once again surprised the world scientific community, because its energy storage could only bring in one million Australian dollars in just a few days, equivalent to octopus thousands of dollars in the United States of America. This was reported by Science alert.

The first launch of the energy storage took place in mid-December. At that time, the innovative structure demonstrated its incredible performance by replacing the coal-fired power plant for some time.

The energy storage from Tesla contains 129 megawatts of electric energy. The total capacity of the battery system is one hundred megawatts. Currently, the state authorities have reserved seventy megawatts and 39 megawatts of hours. Such measure will help to reduce losses and reduce the negative consequences during emergency events. The remaining thirty megawatts and ninety megawatt-hours the owner-owner can exercise at its discretion. By the way, the energy storage is officially owned by Neoen. Experts point out that the most likely way to use residual volumes of energy will be its sale.

Neoen has already made a test on energy sales. Within two days (January 18 and 19, current year), electricity from the energy storage was sold for $ 1 million. Representatives of the owner company said they sold energy at the price of 14,000 Australian dollars per megawatt.

The Tesla battery system was built for a specific purpose. The company said that the energy store should help solve the energy supply difficulties of the southern region of Australia. For quite some time, residents of this territory suffered from regular electricity problems and shut it off for a while.

It should be noted that Australia occupies a leading position in the field of generating “green” energy. For a long time, experts have been looking for ways to accumulate large volumes of electricity produced in order to make it cheaper. At present, this method was found thanks to the team of Ilon Mask.

Neoen has proven that Tesla’s battery system is reliable, cost-effective and efficient. In addition, the energy storage facility allows you to get rid of the energy problems of the region without any special problems.

It has also become known that there is currently an active research and development work on the territory of Victoria (Australia), which should result in a battery with a capacity of twenty megawatts. Representatives of the Neoen also announced their intention to build on the territory of Queensland even more energy storage than existing in Australia. The Tesla Company has not yet confirmed this project.

Prospects for investing in solar energy in Ukraine. The “green” tariff and many factors of development of this area

0

Alternative energy in the territory of our country is quite actively transformed into a profitable business, which opens prospects for every Ukrainian. Experts came to the conclusion that in some specific cases it is more economically efficient to generate “green” energy than farming or other agricultural activities.

A living example of this was Kirovograd farmer, who mastered the basics of solar energy production completely unplanned. Omelchenko Sergey, due to a severe drought in the summer, suffered significant losses, as his corn fields simply dried up and brought no harvest. The farmer did not despair and realized that, in addition to some inconvenience to plants, the sun could also bring him significant benefits. Then he decided to invest $ 3 million in the construction of a solar power plant on his own site. After a short time, Mr. Omelchenko reached the level of monthly income of one million hryvnia. This was achieved through the sale of electricity from SES to the state network. Such examples are mass in Ukraine and not only.

The last few years have been marked by an increase in the number of SES in the territory of our country. The capacity of solar power plants varies from 1 to 20 megawatts.

The press service of the State Energy Efficiency Agency informs that according to their calculations for 2016 more than 120 megawatts of new capacities of alternative energy were put into operation. According to preliminary data, these figures are four times higher than in 2015. Of the total capacity of almost 100 megawatts were SES.

Since last year, new solar power plants have a tariff of 15 euro cents per kilowatt-hour. Solar power plants launched a year earlier use a “green” tariff per cent more.

Prices are falling, and the demand for SES installation is constantly growing. How can this be conditioned?

Specialists in the field of alternative energy argue that such a push was made possible by the simultaneous manifestation of some positive factors. First, the state provides guarantees of support for a fairly long time. This factor allows investing in renewable energy without any fears, as support will cover the payback period.

In European countries, the “green” tariff has the property of decreasing as the objectives set by the European Union are met. Ukraine in this system is no exception. Mechanisms for a gradual tariff reduction are laid down at the legislative level. Until 2020, the tariff will go down by 20 percent compared to 2009. By 2025 the “green” tariff will be reduced by another 30 percent. In 2030, the tariff as such will be neutralized in order to stimulate the development of renewable energy. Such information was provided to DTEK.

Secondly, the government introduced incentives for the construction of SES. It consists in increasing the coefficient of “green” tariff in proportion to the number of components of domestic origin used in the construction of stations. This norm came to replace the one that obliged to have a certain amount of local equipment.

To positive factors, pushing the development of renewable energy in Ukraine is also the relatively quick reduction in the cost of equipment around the globe. According to the director of Ekotechnik Ukraine Group, the general estimate for the construction of a solar power plant markedly reduced the financial component. This is due to the fact that the equipment is gradually becoming cheaper and improving at the same time.

At this stage, one megawatt of capacity on the territory of our state will cost approximately 1 million euros (range: from 75 thousand to 1 million). At the same time, for which the SES will pay off completely is about six to seven years.

The head of the company, Wind Power, claims that their company plans to invest in solar energy. According to Victoria Syromyatova, the generation of solar energy in Ukraine has a fairly high potential in terms of investment.

Generation on a production scale at this stage in the development of solar energy is increasingly supplemented every year by SES within households. The number of private solar power plants from 2015 to 2016 increased from a mark of 244 to 1109. That is, their number has increased fourfold in a year.

An important factor in this matter is a significant increase in panel power. With a little more than 2 megawatts, power increased to almost 17.

Connected to the grid in 2016, private power plants have a “green” tariff of 19 cents per kilowatt-hour. Over time, the tariffs will gradually decrease and in 2030 they will amount to 14 euro cents.

The active growth in the number of households that have acquired solar panels is due to an increase in the permissible capacity from ten to thirty kilowatts and the linkage of the “green” tariff to the movements of the exchange rate. This approach will protect the financial investments of owners of private SES.

The payback period of SES is in the range of 6-12 years. This depends on the level of insolation in the region. For example, in Kherson or Mykolaiv regions, the payback period will not be more than seven years, and in Kiev – about twelve. Often install solar panels in cottages and this is also quite profitable, because the owners are there infrequently, and the generated energy is sold to the state.

At the moment, the world alternative energy is ready for a sharp take-off. Our country has the prospects and opportunities to join the world community in this matter.

Experts say that solar energy in the long term is recognized as the cheapest source. In Ukraine, the payback period of investments is about seven years in the realities of the existing tariff. Without a “green” tariff this time period increases to 15 years, but it is also not critical. The thermal power plant, for comparison, pays off for the same period.

The development of solar energy in Ukraine is not only a multi-billion dollar investment in the country’s economy as a whole, but also the emergence of many jobs.

An innovative tractor operating on biological gas is represent by New Holland Agriculture

0

Working on natural fuel transport is not a novelty for anyone. The company New Holland Agriculture went further in its development – they created a tractor based on a “closed” cycle. This process involves the production of fuel with the help of the land resources of the farm and its further use in conjunction with the waste of its own production.

The principle of the engine on biomethane

FPT Industrial has developed a methane engine for the new generation of agricultural machinery. This discovery was present back in 1995, but it was only now that it became reality. The stoichiometric combustion of fuel in this unit provides the vehicles with performance indicators, like those of diesel engines. In the appendage to high productivity is the minimization of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

It should be note that the maximum power of such an engine would be not less than 180 horsepower. Thus, the maximum twisting element will have an indicator of 740 Nm – values.

A new tractor model will also have a new fuel tank. The biomethane engine will make it possible to operate the tractor within 24 hours in an autonomous mode. Producers argue that the production of biomethane will require waste from agricultural crops and other wastes of natural origin. In the end, such biofuels will have almost zero carbon dioxide. When using this engine, harmful and toxic emissions to the environment will be, reduce by 80 percent.

Pros of biofuel and the “closed” cycle

The fuel for the biomethane engine is create using a cyclic system. The CO2 indicators within this cycle are close to the zero mark. Biomethane is an ideal fuel for farming techniques, as they independently grow natural raw materials for its production.

This way will allow agro-industrial enterprises to provide themselves with not only fuel, but also energy. Biological gas, as you know, can be burn, generating electrical energy. In addition to electric, enterprises will be able to receive the proper amount of heat energy for heating adjacent buildings.

The additional income of farms can be the sale of electricity produced with the help of biomethane, to the state. This is what the so-called “closed” cycle looks like.

The production of biomethane is possible from specially cultivated plant crops and plant residues. In addition, food waste is ideally suited for the production of methane. Farms practice collecting such waste from supermarkets, restaurants, etc. for the purpose of further sale to the methane tank. Their waste is process without access to oxygen and with the help of putrefactive bacteria. Decomposition of organic waste occurs with the release of the notorious biomethane, which can later used by the same farms as fuel for machinery.

The construction of a solar power station, a deposit account or a mining occupation?

0

An agro-entrepreneur from Kharkiv, with a scientific degree, who manages his own business at a distance from the city of a millionaire, by the end of last autumn received income from the sale of crops and a surplus of resources. For the proceeds, he built the largest in its kind in the Kharkov region, a covered solar power plant with a capacity of 60 kW and already receives the first revenues within the so-called “green tariff”. Despite this, he still doubts: it might still be the best decision to put this money into a deposit account or invest in the mining of crypto-currencies. The purpose of this article is to find out what is the most profitable business in Ukraine: the construction of a solar power station, a deposit account or occupation by mining.

Mining farms – absorbers of electricity

Mining – a new way of earning money in the Ukrainian market, is to produce crypto currency for a given algorithm using a so-called “cryptoferm” – a specially prepared computer. It creates a set of unique cryptographic – a block. He certifies the authenticity of payment transactions. Each block produced by a computer brings a monetary profit.

Mining has a good quick payback. In addition, this variant of investing money is accompany by high risks because virtual money – crypto currency, generated by the farm is still not officially recognized and is not fixed. There are no guarantees that in the future its depreciation will not take place. A huge minus cryptoferm is also a significant consumption of electrical energy.

Deposit lottery

Opening a deposit account is the most popular way of earning money by accumulating excess capital. Almost everyone knows the principle of the deposit: a sum of money is putting in the bank for a certain period at a percentage.

At the end of this period, the person who deposited money into the escrow account returns his amount back together with the earned interest. From an economic point of view, this is a profitable way to earn money, but no one is immune from the fact that during the deposit period there will not be a depreciation of money – inflation.

Investing in a solar power plant – a new word in earnings

The third option proposed by us in this article is the construction of a network solar power plant for a “green tariff”, which is a long-term project for investment. Earnings on solar energy is as follows: first, the customer acquires a solar power plant, then it is install in his home and as a result, the power plant produces electricity that feeds the house and farm.

Extra electricity, which is usually very much, it sells to the state. Sale is based on a special “green tariff”, which is fixed in the legislation at a price of 0.18 euros per 1 kW. This way of earning has low risks because the whole process is describe and guarantee by the state, and brings high incomes: in five years, they will amount to about one hundred percent.

The payback of a solar power plant can be calculated by the formula: 9000 / (1530 + 130) = 5.4 years. Therefore, the net income for ten years with the investment of 9000 dollars should make one hundred percent.

Heat energy of a joint crypto-fruit farm in Primorye is used for the production of elite cheeses

0

In Primorsky Krai, a new crypto-currency farm is under construction, specializing also in the cultivation of strawberries. It was decided that the energy from this cryptoferm will be further directed to the production of elite sorts of cheese. As one of the founders of the start-up, Oleg Kotelnikov, said for Primorskaya Gazeta: “Basically, on a farm, Coinberry’s crypto currency will be in the summer, when usually there is an excess of heat energy in such plants.”

The project, which first appeared in Vladivostok in early autumn of 2017, is now continuing its active development. The crypto-currency farm in conjunction with fruit combines the latest scientific achievements in the renewal of electricity in the agro-industrial complex using the digital economy.

Now the project has finally been established on specific main suppliers of computer equipment for mining on a cryptoferm, and also decided on a partner for the supply of batteries for a solar power plant. According to the words of one of the founders of the startup Oleg Kotelnikov, as a result of the competition for the acquisition and installation of a solar power plant, the most worthy supply partner, the company “Hevel”, was chosen as the most advanced in its field.

During the development of the start-up, it was decided to use an excessive amount of heat energy for an additional vector of the project development in the field of agriculture – the production of elite cheese varieties.

According to Oleg Kotelnikov: “This is how the problem of combating excessive thermal contamination of the cryptoferm in summer will be solved, when the hothouse complex where strawberries are grown does not need heating. The workshop for the production of cheeses will be built next to the greenhouses. He will be engaged in the most interesting process of turning milk after pasteurization into delicious elite cheeses – parmesan and brie. The remarkable fact is that the family of cheese producers from Parma (Italy), which is the birthplace of Parmesan, will help to implement this project. The secret of making parmesan premium is passed to this family for five generations. Previously, the cheese market in the region was analyzed and experts came to the conclusion that about 6,000 tons of elite cheeses are consumed annually. This production will produce about 100 tons per year.

Due to the presence of its power station, the microclimate of the ecosystem will be provided with food. Heat the entire system, along with greenhouses and dairy, will be a solar power plant that will also heat water in the system. Using such technologies, the crypto farm will completely save on heating, which is one of the main factors for a successful start-up.

“This business model is completely original, which is confirmed by the numerous requests for the purchase of franchising by domestic and foreign investors. We are developing such an opportunity by increasing the scale of the startup Coinberry. Hardly the main support in the development of the idea was the crypto community itself with its unprecedented interest. Our startup is perfectly suited for the development of the Far Eastern digital economy “, – summed up Oleg Kotelnikov.

Activists from Ukraine have launched a summer environmental flash mob, associated with the acquisition of useful habits

0

In the first days of the New Year, activists from Ukraine launched an environmental flash mob, the essence of which is the acquisition of habits related to the environment.

According to the News of Poltava, the public organization “Ehkotava” was give the start of the flashmob “52 + 1 step of my ecoconscious life”.

The duration of the flash mob, whose main goal is to teach Ukrainians to think in the ecological direction, and also act accordingly, will be 52 weeks + one day, that is, exactly 1 year. The main idea includes the implementation of practical recommendations that can be obtain from activists’ posts on social networks Facebook and Instagram every week.

The recommendations will be in terms of smart use of natural resources, proper nutrition, consumption of organic products, and transition to ecological modes of transport. Particular attention will be pay to reducing waste, reusing resources and sorting garbage.

The organizers of the flash mob are ready to inform all participants about the current initiatives of different localities of Ukraine.

The public organization “Ehkotava” promises that anyone can take part in the flash mob, because the tasks will be easy and easy to implement, since they are specifically targeted at home conditions.

According to the organizers: “Garbage and waste should be used as a resource, not discarded. In addition, for this resource to be useful, it needs to be divided and sorted. This is how every citizen of Ukraine should act, starting from January 1 “.

During the next, next week flashmob, the organizers recommend choosing a place for waste – kitchen, balcony, garage, pantry. Citizens should collect garbage, waste paper, plastic bottles and lids, tin cans, as well as other metals, glass containers and cullet, sometimes tetrapak, polyethylene and hazardous materials (bulbs, electrical appliances) in specially designated packages and boxes. In addition, flashmob participants should tell everyone else about their actions on social networks pages in the comments along with photos, using a special hashtag # mіy_ekokrok.

Bottles made of plastic and glass; jars of different metals, organizers and activists flashmob recommend washing from the remaining food debris. In order to reduce the storage space for recycled materials, it is also recommend to maximally compressing tin cans and plastic bottles. According to the words of the public organization “EcoLtvava”: “Organic waste must be composted using special containers designed for fermenting waste from food, as well as instruments called vermicomposters that use worms. Special attention should be pay to batteries – they must be collected in a separate container and sent to special reception points. ”

“If we act on a daily basis, we can improve the ecological state of Ukraine,” said one of the organizers of flashmob, a member of the public organization Ehkotava, Nikolai Ryabika.

“We are turning to conscious Ukrainian activists to take part in the creation of new ecological habits and ecotraditions. Our organization is ready to help with advice, share information on the results and promote every citizen who in 2018 will switch to conscious use of resources and his actions every day will improve the ecological level of the country. ”

According to the promises of the organizers, the statistics and results of the flashmob will be publish monthly, and activists will receive special eco-prizes.

More details about the flashmob “52 + 1 step of my ecoconscious life” can found on the website of the NGO “Ehkotava”, as well as in social networks.

Hyundai Company presented a new off-road vehicle on hydrogen with a running reserve of 595 km

0

The well-known auto company Нyundаі  presented the off-road vehicle NEXO, which works on hydrogen. It happened in the American city of Las Vegas at an exhibition dedicated to consumer electrical appliances and CES-2018 technology. According to the edition of Autogeek, the car is equipped with a modern system of driver’s assistance ADAS, which includes an automatic parking function and an assistant for assistance in the traffic lane.

According to the statement of the vice-president in the field of research and development of Нyundаі Motor Company, the company is already at the forefront of the use of hydrogen injection technologies in the automotive industry after the release of the Tuсsоn / іx35 FCEV off-road vehicle. “Despite this, I am happy to present the next child of our modern technologies – the hydrogen SUV NEXO, which is the representative of the second generation of this technology,” the vice president summed up.

In the appearance of the car, attention was paid to the lack of catchy details, linear cleanliness and a minimum of unnecessary elements. In addition to the characteristic grille, which in shape resembles an hourglass, the crossover is equipped with double headlamps of elongated shape. Inside the car is made as comfortable as possible for the driver and passengers. The instrument panel is connected to the touch screen on the main console. This is done so that the driver is always aware of the environment, without detaching himself from the driving process.

In comparison with the previous model of the company Thusson / ix35 FCEV, NEXO has a larger size. In the luggage compartment is a polymer lithium-ion battery, and in the rear compartment of the body – three hydrogen tanks. The power of the hybrid power plant SUV is 163 horsepower, and acceleration to 100 km / h is 9.5 seconds. In connection with the use of advanced technologies, there was an increase in the power reserve by 169 km – now it reaches 595 km.

Also in the car will introduce a system that tracks and finds objects in the so-called “blind moves” – BlіndSrot Vіеw Mоnіtоr. On the sides of the SUV will be installed special wide-angle cameras, which will play back to the main console the current image.

Another innovation is the use of technology assistant in the lane Fоllоwіng Аssіst, thanks to which the SUV can automatically stay in the middle of the road, even at a speed of 145 km / h. It is worth noting that the developers did not forget about autonomous parking using the system Remote SmarT Rakkіng Аssіst.

The new Нyundаі NEXO will not be available until the first half of 2018.

Ways to get “green” energy in China: traditional and not very

0

China’s course on the stable development of alternative energy is an example for many European countries. While other states still can not say goodbye to their total dependence on fossil fuels, the Chinese are actively innovating and are getting excellent results. According to experts in the field of renewable energy, China has the highest potential in the field of developing alternative energy sources.

Among the latest experimental projects of Chinese developers is a car track, the coating of which is made of solar panels. It should be noted that this road is capable of sustaining the rather impressive weight of vehicles without damage.

Photoelectric coating of the highway was introduced within the city of Jinan. The total length of the route is more than a kilometer. Solar panels do not cover the entire surface of the road, but only one of the strips. The area of the roadway on which photocells are laid is almost 6,000 square meters, and its power is 817 kilowatts.

At this stage, the route does not bring tangible economic benefits. Experts say that it can be obtained on the condition of attracting a third person, that is, a consumer. As the services provided, the project organizers intend to offer wireless charging of electric cars or navigation for unmanned vehicles.

Another unquestionable know-how in the field of alternative energy was the receipt of electricity from the flow of human blood. This controversial discovery belongs to a group of scientists from the University of Fudan. The basis for the development was a special carbon fiber. Its thickness is less than 0.5 mm. If you connect the nanofibre with the electrodes and place them under the conditions of the flowing fluid (the main condition is that the liquid should contain a salt compound, like blood), then this will be enough to generate an electric current.

This technology can be used for the purpose of recharging the electronics worn on the human body or for medical sensors. The fiber is perfectly bent and has an elastic structure, so its placement in the human body is not problematic.

In addition, the production of biofuel is growing rapidly in China. In early 2015, the country was considered a newcomer in this area of alternative energy. The government approved the state plan for 2016-2020, which provides for an increase in the use of biological mass to generate electricity to 58 million tons per year. For comparison: in 2015, these figures were slightly more than 35 million tons.

According to the plan, the amount of electricity generated from biomass by 2020 should be no less than 15 gigawatts.

The Chinese government is committed to the active implementation of renewable energy technologies and their productive use. This approach, of course, has a number of advantages, both for the country’s economy and for the environment. The only disadvantage of such growth rates of alternative energy is a sharp reduction in the cost of electricity.
